Our diet is now dominated by "chemical-agriculture" and "Food Incorporated." It has been able to end hunger in Third World countries through genetic manipulation, massive use of destructive chemicals, and fertilizers. Unfortunately, the price of this has been that ultra-processed, low-nutrient food, poisoned with powerful pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides, will sooner or later make everyone sick. In other words, this diet has created billions of patients who are forced to take drugs for the rest of their lives.

According to a study by Moms Across America, American school lunches are essentially toxic. Sixty percent of the samples contained antibiotics that have not been approved for human use by the licensing authority, as they have been shown to cause serious harm in humans. Horses and dogs cannot get it, but beef cattle and dairy cows can. Most of the diets analyzed in the study were found to be extremely low in nutrients and contained growth hormones and an anti-parasitic agent that is also an effective bird repellent. It was also found that the “medicinal” effects of “healthy” chicken breast fillets include allergies, obesity, menstrual disorders, mood swings, aggressiveness, severe depression, skin problems, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, fibroids, infertility, and tumors.

The reason for this is that multinational corporations have taken control of school catering in recent decades, so that while schools used to cook in their own kitchens using local ingredients, nowadays such schools are hard to find. The consumption of ultra-processed, frozen, preserved, salted, and enriched with emulsifiers, flavor enhancers and the “sweet killer”—high fructose corn syrup—means that nearly half of children are diabetic or at least insulin resistant. They are thus allergic, aggressive, unable to concentrate, and also “hyperactive” and inattentive, so to speak, with the symptoms outlined above. This is an automatic consequence of the fact that the chemical-agricultural monopolies receive government subsidies, thanks to the laws of the politicians they pay off, to produce our worthless food so cheaply that farmers who produce healthy raw materials in the traditional way cannot compete with their prices.

In addition, the food and drug empire of Rockefeller and others take the perspective that "competition is a sin." They were so professional in sponsoring scientific researchers with grants and fellowships that the Controllers’ media had only to report the scientific results it had commissioned. Consider the case of 1965, when three Harvard scientists were paid $6,500 ($60,000 in today's dollars) by the sugar lobby to make fat public enemy number one in America—and thus in the developed world—and processed carbohydrates the healthy choice: i.e., the Food Pyramid. The sugar industry executive who commissioned the research picked and chose which previous studies he wanted the researchers to "review." One of the three Harvard scientists later became head of the Department of Agriculture's Nutrition Division. The other is the head of Harvard's Department of Nutrition.

According to the editor-in-chief of The Lancet, the world's leading medical journal, a significant portion of the scientific literature is essentially fraudulent, with falsification of results and inaccurate statistics being common. The best-known researcher on the subject, John Ioannidis, diplomatically said that 90 percent of the information published in medical studies is "wrong." The former editor of the British Medical Journal also said that "much of the information published in journals is simply wrong or nonsense."

And the results of the rigged tests just had to be made known to campaign-supported politicians through lobbyists. For this reason, the carefully selected candidates for the House of Representatives were chosen in advance, regardless of which party-affiliated politician won the election. Who, in gratitude, introduces and votes for laws that result in the food industry's products damaging people's health enough in the long term to require a lifetime of taking drugs instead of healthy food. But the laws passed by Big Pharma make it illegal to attribute medicinal properties to herbs and supplements that reduce the harmful effects of our vile diets, as well as to foods. Only medicines have the 'right' to produce a therapeutic effect. The book also illustrates how people can inadvertently make their pets sick for decades by following the same faulty diet that they do themselves.

Many lonely, anxious, and unloved children and adults have pets, most often dogs and cats. But the “pet food industry” is turning pets that are family members into chronic illnesses. Mostly with plant food ingredients—while the ancestors of dogs and cats hunted for live meat. And, as with humans, the surest recipe for causing illness in the animal kingdom is to consume food that is not genetically suited to the individual, and to process the food as much as possible. Unfortunately, the deception of pet owners by false advertising and paid “studies” is a natural consequence of the fact that the big pet food companies are in the hands of the same vested interests as the pharmaceutical companies. They also play into the hands of the veterinarian, where the veterinarian wants to believe that what he is being taught by the drug companies and the big food companies is the right thing to do, saying that since the domestication of the dog/cat there has been enough time to adapt to human food. Yet neither the cat nor the dog's predator-type anatomy and physiology has changed in the direction of the omnivorous pig's anatomy.

Deceptive advertising and veterinary recommendations unfortunately work, and owners want to believe that it is really good for their pet, because veterinarians are often seen as the experts who know what food is ideal for their cat or dog. But all the owner needs to do is remember what they learned in primary school biology lessons about the ancestors of these animals. If the veterinarian forgets the requirements of the veterinary biology exams he studied at university in order to increase his income, he is guaranteed a lifetime of treating the myriad symptoms of these unfortunate animals.

Unfortunately, pets cannot tell their owners about the constant pain and problems their periodontal disease causes them. Nor that their joints are inflamed and in continuous pain because of immune reactions to allergenic foods. Nor why their hair falls out, their skin itches, their ears and eyes are inflamed, their intestines are bloated and gassy. Nor do they know why they have been suffering from cancer for years, which also causes them a lot of pain, and why they are often moody and depressed. In addition, most people only have one pet, and without a companion, eating and sleeping are often the only activities left, along with constant depression.

If we "listened" to all these complaints, we would think of ourselves as animal abusers rather than animal lovers. Yet we have allowed ourselves to be deceived by false advertising, and because it is easier to give them pre-packaged slow poison to eat rather than buying them raw meat slaughtered at a ranch or farmstead—not in a large factory. However, returning to this after easily digestible, overly processed, allergenic junk food is a significant challenge. And it can only be done gradually, as their digestive enzymes are no longer sufficient to process raw meat efficiently.

The 1,000-cat survey detailed in the book only confirmed common sense and the lessons learned in primary school biology classes. In the experiment, cats fed pasteurized milk instead of raw milk and cooked meat instead of raw meat and developed human civilizational diseases within three months, which they passed on to their offspring. Understandably, you don't hear about research on this subject because no one ever funds it, as it would immediately show that the incidence of disease in pets could be reduced to 1 to 2 percent. No one would need the veterinary medicines, the compulsory and recommended “vaccination industry” would disappear, and 95 percent of vets would no longer be employed, as they would essentially only need trauma surgeons. No, not even neutering to eliminate pseudo-pregnancy, since cats kept on a raw diet have not shown any hormonal or tumor degeneration in their reproductive organs. While the males continued on their non-natural diet, they started to behave like female cats. In contrast, the females began to exhibit male-like behavior because their hormonal systems were disrupted. Just as in fish farms, male fish are now laying eggs due to their estrogen hormone-containing diets and/or their waters heavily polluted with pesticides, herbicides, contraceptives, and antibiotics. In humans, for similar dietary reasons, girls tend to be more male, boys tend to be more female, and there are numerous variations of mixed sexes. The situation is so severe that women have only 10 percent of their eggs left by the age of thirty, and 2 percent by the age of forty. And men have less than half the sperm of previous generations.

The scientific rebuttal of the cat research experiment (forty years later by the pet food chemical industry)—which has remained unique ever since—was that "the author's general conclusion that it is unhealthy for cats to cook meat contradicts the fact that all commercial cat food is cooked." It took another four generations after the cats returned to a raw diet for them to cease suffering from the diseases.

The corruption that facilitates Big Pharma’s business can already be seen in the big food companies. The EU administration is based in Brussels, one of the world's biggest lobbying centers. In other words, a center of corruption, according to a French politician. In 1987, José Bové founded the farmers' union Confédération Paysanne, which fights against the use and distribution of food and feed produced from genetically modified organisms. Bové made his name in 1999 with the symbolic demolition of a McDonald's fast-food restaurant in the town of Millau. He has served several prison sentences, including for mowing down a GMO billboard. Later, he was elected to the European Parliament, and in his book The World Is Not for Sale: Farmers Against Junk Food, he lambasted the chemical-agricultural industry, already dominated by multinationals in Europe. In his book "Robbery in Brussels: Lobbyists in the European Union," he estimated that in 2015, there were 15,000 lobbyists for the 751 Members of the European Parliament (MEPs), or approximately twenty lobbyists per MEP.

The farmers' bogeyman is mainly GMO champion Monsanto, which Bayer recently bought up. Here is a whistleblower-style exposé on the background to the Monsanto-Bayer merger: "I was there when the decision was made. Science didn't win - fear did. Bayer's executives knew what they were buying: a company burdened with survivors, cancer patients and public scandal. Monsanto was not only the king of GMOs; it was also the most toxic brand name in all of agriculture. The official reason: synergy. The reality: an escape from the future. Bayer didn't want to strengthen its own products, but to gain access to Monsanto's gene bank - and to remove Monsanto's name from the headlines. The glyphosate-containing Roundup will be replaced by a new name for the same poison - but in different packaging. Bayer knew the lawsuits were coming, but calculated that a few billion dollars in losses would be cheaper than being squeezed out of the global GMO market. The decision was not made to protect the public. It was about who controls the seeds. And thus food. This was not a merger. It was a cover-up adoption - the transfer of one toxic company to another. And now we are paying for it. Every day. With our food. With our health. And with our lives."

And every day, there is more and more evidence that the infamous Monsanto's notorious glyphosate-containing herbicide is a serious health hazard, while it is said to be perfectly safe at the approved dose. But if even the “acceptable” dose can kill, and if an herbicide causes leukemia in rat pups, what does it do to our children? The authorities, in their usual role as accomplices, used humans as guinea pigs. In the independent study, rats were treated for two years with glyphosate and two commercially available products, Roundup Bioflow from Europe and Ranger Pro from the US. Doses tested included 0.5 mg/kg body weight/day, which was the European Union's “Acceptable Daily Intake” (ADI), and higher doses. The results showed that the rats developed tumors in several organs. In particular, leukemia in the hematopoietic system, but also in the skin, liver, thyroid, nervous system, ovaries, and mammary glands. If the fetus was exposed to the drug during pregnancy, 40 percent of leukemia deaths occurred in rats under one year of age, indicating that glyphosate is particularly dangerous to the developing organism.

In addition, research suggests that glyphosate-based complex herbicides may be more carcinogenic than glyphosate alone. This makes sense, as other toxic additives in commercial formulations, when combined with glyphosate, will be even more harmful than glyphosate alone. However, regulators refuse to test these real products, instead relying on industry-funded studies that test glyphosate alone. Bayer has already faced tens of thousands of lawsuits from cancer patients who blame Roundup for their illness. The company has already paid $11 billion in damages but is now seeking legal relief to avoid future lawsuits.

Victims say that, with Bayer seeking legal loopholes and regulators doing nothing, it is up to the public to stand up for change. This also begs the naïve question: if a chemical causes serious cancers in animal studies even at “safe” doses, why is it still being sprayed on our food, farmland, parks, and playgrounds? Why is nothing changing? Why are the interests of the people not being protected by people in agencies who are essentially employees of the taxpayer? This is because of the official/corporate carousel, where industry and permitting professionals sit in one chair after another. The author proposes to abolish this system in the book. Otherwise, nothing can change because of vested interests—see again the power of money overall.

According to measurements by the Detox Project and the Environmental Working Group, glyphosate can be detected in most American children's breakfasts, above the "safe" limit—yet the "carousel" means that no significant change can occur.

The use of glyphosate in the production of organic food is, of course, prohibited, but there is a possibility of toxin leaching from neighboring non-organic farmland. It is also possible that the farmer does not respect the rules of organic production and uses unauthorized chemicals, so that the organic certification on the product will be false. In other words, it is best to be able to produce at least some of your food in your own garden. Or at least know the person from whom you buy your organic produce. And because the devil never sleeps—at least not with just anyone—it is worth checking even the food bought from a trusted organic producer to make sure they are not being deceived. The cost of doing so is insignificant compared to the money spent on food.

Returning to school meals in the US, it is important to note that some schools have returned to traditional cooking at the request of parents, and the ingredients are sourced from nearby organic producers. Within a few months, the aggressiveness had disappeared, the children were able to pay attention in class, they stopped bullying each other at break time, and their weight had returned to normal. Their allergy symptoms, constant cold-related absences, moodiness, depression, laziness, lack of motivation, sleepiness—the "usual" childhood symptoms—disappeared. So, the solution is quality food, ideally raw or freshly processed. And it's no secret that by eating a diet that is genetically suited to you, you can even beat cancer. Why are these anti-cancer therapies banned? When, as detailed in the book, several Nobel Prizes and the PET/CT studies have long since proven their principles.

The banal reasons include "Even his wife knows more about healthy eating than the average doctor." According to the Dean of Harvard Medical School, "students are obliged to learn many worthless, useless and even harmful drugs, and have no opportunity to learn other healing principles either in the curriculum or in their leisure time." This is not by accident, according to a former Pfizer vice-president, academic medicine and research have long been addicted to money. In his statement, he described how the system works, the essence of being "as a doctor, you can only get money from us if you approve and promote our medicines." It is therefore logical that, for example, eighty-eight thousand Americans have had heart attacks in five years as a result of taking Merck's painkiller, and thirty-eight thousand people have died of heart attacks and strokes before it was withdrawn from the market. And because not all cases could be linked to the drug, the numbers could be much higher.

According to independent experts, "The mismanagement of psychiatry has turned depression from a once well-cured illness into a serious, often relapsing illness leading to disability or suicide." Yet 85 percent of depressed patients who are not treated with medication recover within a year. But only 3 percent of those treated with antidepressants recovered. Moreover, "antidepressants make depression chronic and treatment resistant." So, perhaps it is understandable how Xanax has already made an entire generation addicted. And the Sackler trio of psychiatrists have altered the brain chemistry with the drug fentanyl in such a way that there's no getting off it. So, every year, hundreds of thousands of Americans die simply from overdosing. No wonder, since fentanyl is fifty times more powerful than heroin and one hundred times more powerful than morphine. And although the Sacklers' sales methods were cruder than those of the actors in the movie The Wolf of Wall Street, they were able to buy their impunity with some compensation. Moreover, because of the “specialty” of the US legal system that protects wealthy criminals, the billions made through fraud and indirectly “legalized” mass murder were kept by the Sacklers.

There's no doubt that medicine can produce fantastic results, but according to research in The British Medical Journal, only a third of drugs and medical therapies have a proven positive effect. Which is not surprising, since, on the one hand, these leading medical journals say that 50 to 90 percent of their publications contain false claims, yet they cannot have any consequences. Perhaps it is because for every $1 spent on “basic research,” Big Pharma spends $19 on bribing doctors and advertising.

But the fantastic results are far less fantastic when compared to what might have been achieved if not just one dollar out of twenty had gone to research and development, but many times that amount. And not one dollar would have gone to advertising and paying off doctors. The author says that both should have been banned long ago, and that Sackler's extreme levels of medical corruption would not have been possible. With a ban, patients would be no worse off than they are now, when every pharmaceutical company has to advertise its non-prescription product in the media to the same extent as its competitors. And prescribers are being persuaded to prescribe by visiting pharmaceutical representatives, where the drug companies also have to provide the prescriber with a similar level of income to their competitors. In other words, they can sell their drugs developed at the average rate of $19 for $1. But if the doctor is paid a similar amount for prescribing two competing drugs, it can be assumed that, according to the rules of the profession, he will prescribe the drug that would benefit the patient the most and do the least harm. But he would prescribe the same medicine even if he received nothing from the pharmaceutical company. In other words, the patient's medication would essentially remain the same, but it would cost a fraction of what it costs. In the case of non-prescription medicines, there is also a need for the most financially neutral regulation to ensure that the pharmacist is not influenced by which pharmaceutical company's product earns more money.

This might help to restore the much-damaged prestige of the medical profession, as well as multiply research funding many times over. And since drugs can be much cheaper, the health insurance company's expenditure on medicines would also be significantly reduced. In any case, some of the savings would have to be passed on to the medical community, whose income would be reduced by the end of drug corruption. And if their financial interests were no longer affected, the solution would have almost no advantages over the current system. Unfortunately, the current system not only unduly protects the Sacklers, but also all manufacturers on the basis of the cost-benefit principle. Fraud is worth it for them many times over, even though false advertising has resulted in 373 different cases of compensation for fraud over twenty-four years. In view of all this, the book also discusses in detail how the average person can avoid a lifetime of chronic disease, medication, and even cancer by following a diet that is genetically suited to them.

And how can you avoid falling victim to the infancy of dental implantology, where a dentist trained in a few days' course performs the procedure that would require the most complex knowledge of dentistry? Starting with a gnathologist who is an expert in the jaw and continuing with a periodontist who should be able to get rid of the common periodontal problems before implantation. Then the implant should already be zirconium-oxide, because peri-implantitis is much less common than with titanium. The latter causes the galvanic element phenomenon between metal and saliva, which disrupts the ionic balance, and this adversely affects the metabolic processes of the gums and bone. The infra-diagnostic tool based on Head Zones is not only better than CT in diagnosing teeth but also detects breast cancer predisposing factors years before the tumor is detected on mammography. But it can also detect heart disease that has never been detected before, as well as early-stage kidney dysfunction. But nanorobots that destroy antibiotic-resistant bacteria living under the gums are also coming, which can eradicate biofilm, eliminate peri-implantitis, and help repair tooth damage. Chinese healing nanorobots can break down glucose instead of the pancreas and liver, eliminate inflammation in inflamed intestines, and even detect diseases in the body. Nanorobots can be shaped into any shape using magnets and can move in any direction. The device can liquefy in ten minutes, allowing it to slip through the grids and return to its original state as seen in the movie Terminator.

It is well known that aggressive cancer cells live in an environment with a higher sugar content and possess a different electrical charge than normal tissue. By exploiting this difference in charge, the nanobots seek out cancer cells with this charge and destroy only them, leaving normal cells unharmed. In the last ten years, the FDA has approved about ninety cancer drugs, but these have resulted in an average of only two months of added survival time for patients and come with new side effects.

In one study, rats on a Western diet became aggressive after a while, killing and eating their weaker counterparts. So, it is a wonder that there are "only" this many school gun massacres in the US. But Doc Gerson's centuries-old cancer therapy, with which he cures with nutrition, includes only foods whose ingredients have been shown in the twenty-first century to prevent cancer and increase the lifespan of healthy people by 40 percent. See the importance of reducing mTOR and methionine through diet alone. And Rudolf Breuss has been using a forty-two-day cancer cure fasting regimen for fifty years, which can be a last resort for patients with advanced cancer when there is no time for more complex Gerson therapy. "Of course," his method should not be included in the list of anti-cancer therapies, either. Despite the fact that Nobel Prize winner Warburg's and "Patient Prize winner" Breuss' solutions are exactly the same: consume minimal processed sugar, glucose, fructose, and simple carbohydrates, and you certainly won't die of cancer. All these methods are described in detail in the book, and even compared with other alternative therapies, which unfortunately are not as complex as Gerson's method. It heals by getting the body into a state, by changing the diet, where the body will fight the cancer or other serious diseases, such as autoimmune diseases, without the patient having to starve. Hippocrates said "let your food be your medicine, and your medicine be your food. Diseases are cured naturally if the diet, lifestyle and environment support the body, and overeating is the cause of most diseases." Although Hippocrates is the namesake of the Hippocratic Oath, it is forbidden to attribute healing properties to his teachings—such as diets or foods—because, according to the law, only medications approved by the FDA can claim to have medicinal effects. Agreeing with Hippocrates, Max Gerson said the same thing: "In the hands of the physician, nutrition is the most effective and best remedy."
